When you feel like what you are experiencing is not enough, instead of allowing yourself to get frustrated, anxious, discourage, or disappointed, choose to channel in a spirit of thankfulness.
Find something to be thankful for and begin to express gratitude.
Because, no matter what is going on in your world, there’s plenty to be grateful for.
You have blood pumping through your veins.
You have air flowing through your lungs.
You have a roof over your head and food on your table.
You have creativity that cannot be taken away and an undeniable purpose.
NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON, BE THANKFUL.
Bruce Lee Said:
Don’t speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke.
Your body doesn’t know the difference.
Words are energy and cast spells, that’s why it’s called spelling.
Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life.
What you’re not changing, you’re also choosing.
Fears stop you from all things possible.
Don’t let fear get in the way of anything, especially your dreams.
Did you know that FEAR is actually an acronym that stands for False Evidence Appearing Real?
In other words, your fears are not real because they’re not actually happening they’re based on things that haven’t happened yet and therefore don’t exist.
Replace a fear with a wish or a dream for your life and choose to focus on that instead.
Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.
Celebrate your independence today and the fact that you can make your own decisions.
It’s impossible to please everybody around you but it is always possible to make the right choices to please yourself.
In the end that’s all you can worry about.
Tell yourself; “I choose my path”.
But also remember to remain in sync with your life.
It’s all about your INTENTIONS & CONSISTENCY.
Don’t make decisions based on other peoples influences or advice.
Listen without retaliating.
Think & do things without being indecisive.
You can’t live your life for other people.
You’ve got to do what’s right for you, even if it hurts some people you love.
HAPPINESS is a choice, not a result.
Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy.
No person will make you happy unless you decide to be happy.
Your HAPPINESS will not come to you.
It can only come from you.
The point of change isn’t to make yourself happy.
The point of change is to grow, to show up for yourself, to express yourself, to be an example of what’s possible, to test the limits, to have new experiences.
You can be happy and grateful for where you are and still choose to change everything, just because you want to.
– Sam Laura Brown.
Just because people are being bad to you, doesn’t mean you should sacrifice the same energy to them.
Don’t go through that kind of effort.
The best thing you can do is to completely ignore them and focus on what makes you better.
It’s hard, but know that you deserve only good and positive vibes.
You were not born to embrace and express negativity.
Maybe the people around you might have brought that side out of you, but naturally you’re nothing like those people. You’re way better.
Stopping yourself from doing what’s wrong is not the same as choosing what’s right and doing it.
Don’t stand on the verge of being good.
Be as good as you can be. If you can give, give.
If you can help, help.
If you can make someone’s day by a simple act of kindness, make it.
Set the bar of success for yourself as high as the best that you can be, not as low as avoiding the worst that you can be. Big difference. (Not my words.)
Goodness is a choice.
Stay away from those who criticize, point fingers or put you down.
Stay away from those who try to tell you who you are, what you do wrong, or how you can or can’t feel.
They are choosing to be emotional bullies and walk the path of negativity.
Let them keep that while you take the high road.
Refuse to be abused, even when it’s with words.
Real people are good with their approach towards you consistently, period.
