The older I get, the more comfortable I am with letting things go. Everything doesn’t warrant a reaction, response, or rebuttal. I am most peaceful when I preserve my energy for things that elevate ease in my life.
As you mature, the more you realize these 12 things:
1: No one has it all together. 2: Trusting your gut the first time is usually the best option. 3: The world is more gray than black and white. 4: You can’t control other people. 5: Holding grudges is not the best use of your time. 6: Being honest could save you a lot of time. 7: Childhood, although short, was very impactful. 8: Life is too short to stay in unhealthy relationships. 9: People tell you exactly who they are and it’s your job to listen. 10: Winning an argument is not as important as finding a solution. 11: Having a support system improves your mood and quality of life. 12: Everything and everyone is not worth your energy.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I have heard enough of LOVE ABOVE MONEY or similar bullshits very often. Most people prefer not talking about MONEY as if it’s a taboo. On the other hand, i love it when someone says “I LOVE MONEY & I LOVE MAKING MONEY. ALL MY DEMANDS ARE FROM MYSELF”. First learn about it, then implement it. Investment is a sexy thing.)
1. LIVE WITH PURPOSE: The first step to some major main character energy is to live with purpose. As the main character of your life, one of the worst possible things you can do is to let it pass you by. The goals, desires, and accomplishments you hope to see happen are up to you to work towards.
2. SET BOUNDARIES: While you’re learning to be main character in your life, you need to develop confidence and comfortability in setting boundaries with other people. You know what you want, and what’s important to you and you need to be okay with removing things and relationships that don’t allow you to maintain those.
Just because people are being bad to you, doesn’t mean you should sacrifice the same energy to them. Don’t go through that kind of effort. The best thing you can do is to completely ignore them and focus on what makes you better. It’s hard, but know that you deserve only good and positive vibes.
You were not born to embrace and express negativity. Maybe the people around you might have brought that side out of you, but naturally you’re nothing like those people. You are way better than that. Keep working towards your human side. There’s nothing more attractive than KINDNESS & EMPATHY.
So I just found one of the most shocking and weirdest experiments and I have to share it with you. Let me explain, in 1950 Dr. Curt Richer did a series of experiments using water buckets and rats. The first experiment richer put the rats in the buckets and fill them half way with water, although rats are good swimmers they drowned after about 15 minutes. In the second experiment richer repeated the same process and just when the rats were about to give up, the researchers took them out of the bucket, dry them off and let them rest for a few minutes. They put them back in the bucket for the second round on the second try.
How long do you think the rats lasted? Another 15 minutes or 10-5 minutes? They lasted 60 hours because the rats believe that eventually someone would rescue them. They use all their energy to keep swimming and avoid death. If HOPE got rats to swim for 60 hours, imagine the affects your beliefs have on yourself. Capacity is merely a state of mind. And faith can actually move mountains. HOPE is the key.
I think sometimes people believe that worrying has some kind of productive purpose. Worry sucks all of your energy and joy out of whatever it is you’re doing. It’s human nature to worry, but when we do it constantly, we run into more problems. It may give you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere.
The next time you are worrying about something, try to remember that you aren’t always in control. Instead, do practical things like make a budget or create a schedule. Be proactive and let go of the stress. After all, it won’t change a thing. Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.
Don’t entertain negative energy. Some situations will test your patience and try to make you overreact, overthink, and respond to things that don’t deserve your life force. Your attention is your power. Don’t feed what doesn’t add value to your life. CONSERVE YOUR ENERGY.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. And after seeing this video, i don’t have much left to do with this world where such dumbfucks get attention for doing nothing but giving me heart attack in my head. I mean, where are those aliens or MI6 who were taking away people at night for doing nonsensical wack jobs. I give up.)
Don’t speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn’t know the difference. Words are energy and cast spells, that’s why it’s called spelling. Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life. What you’re not changing, you’re also choosing.
