Life is rarely ever predictable. The truth is: we were never guaranteed that we would have the answers for everything or feel certainty in every situation.
That’s part of this journey’s adventure to get from where we are to where we want to be, we are required to trust, hope, and believe, and dare to blaze the trail even when the path in front of us looks near impossible.
The secret to life isn’t about knowing the future or having the perfect roadmap, but rather having faith for the future and the spirit of a pioneer.
IT’S OKAY NOT TO KNOW HOW THINGS ARE GOING TO TURN OUT.
If you are intentional about practicing thankfulness every day, you will see the magic begin to take place in your life. You are going to see doors open that you didn’t think were possible. You are going to see opportunities come and find you that you didn’t know existed. And, you’re going to see your influence expand like never before.
Your thankfulness will position you in just the right place to be the recipient of extravagant grace, faithfulness, and goodness. Stay thankful. Practice gratitude. On the good days and the lows days, stay thankful. Everything in the created world is shifting in your favor. YOUR BEST DAYS ARE STILL AHEAD OF YOU.
Sometimes when things are really trying and painful all we can think is, why on earth do I have to go through this, why do I deserve this? But there’s a better way to approach a trying moment in life. Instead of resisting it, try surrendering to it and considering that there’s a reason it has been given to you and not somebody else. If you are dealing with it, it is part of your journey.
The next time you go through a trying time, find the ways in which you can grow and learn instead of dwelling on your suffering. I know it’s an experience that I need to have if God’s putting me through it. (Not my words.)
Your impact on other people is bigger than you think. Someone still giggles when they think of that funny thing you said. Someone still smiles when they think of the compliment you gave them. Someone silently admires you. The advice you give has made a difference for people. The support and love you’ve offered others has made someone’s day. Your input and opinions have made someone think twice. You’re not insignificant and forgotten. Your existence makes a positive difference, whether you see it or not.
Have faith & keep striving.
(This movie trailer got nothing to do with the post above. Very rarely i talk about a movie that’s not based on animation or fantasy. This movie is based on a real life boxer turned catholic priest Father Stuart Long. Everyone gets chances to redeem their sins of life.)
Everything I have gone through I could not have done without the love, faith, and support of my family. Even though i stay away from home since i was 16, just being around them once in a year or two brings me joy and I forget about any problem or fear I have. They accept me with all of my flaws. And I accept them as well, no matter what.
Soak up the love of your family today & everyday. Be grateful for the goodness you receive. Love them for everything they are and aren’t. Family gives us strength and builds our character. (Not my words.)
Keep looking. Not for a person, but for your passion, your love, your courage, your goals, your dreams, your happiness, yourself. Keep looking. Explore your life before you explore another. Know your worth, know yourself. Only then, you will know what you need over what you want. You need yourself to become your own. Key to your future happy life is in your hands.
Life keeps leading us on journeys we would never go on if it were up to us. Don’t be afraid. Have faith. Find the lessons. Life is fun, let it be.
Life changes. You lose love. You lose friends. You lose pieces of yourself that you never imagined would be gone. And then, without you even realizing it, these pieces come back. Love blooms inside you with lots of respect. Better friends come along. And a stronger, wiser you is staring back in the mirror. No matter how bad it gets, better days are always waiting, hoping you’ll make it there to accept the smiles and joy that they’re offering.
Someone once told me to always live for the little things in life. Live for 5am sunrises and 5pm sunsets where you’ll see colours in the sky that don’t usually belong. Live for road trips and bike rides with music in your ears and the wind in your hair. Live for days when you’re surrounded by your favourite people who make you realise that the world is not a cold, harsh place. Live for the little things because they will make you realise that this is what life is about, this is what it means to be alive. LIFE IS ALL ABOUT A CONSISTENT FLOW OF POSITIVE VIBE WHICH STARTS WITH YOU. (Not my words.)
Date her who walks you till your car. Date her who dares to steal your hoodie in front of your face. Date her who wants to meet your parents, and is respectful towards them. Date her who respects your siblings and family members. Date her who’s kind to animals, its a reflection of how she’ll treat usual people. Date her who makes you smile. Date her who looks confident with or without makeup. Date her who will listen to your complain or accomplishments. Date her who doesn’t force you to do things you don’t want to. Date her who will come hang out and cuddle just cause she can. Date her who loves you through the good and the bad. Date her who has seen you angry, happy, sad, and still feels for you. Date her who has a hunger for SUCCESS & hunger for more beyond that. Date her who actually utilises her time to the fullest, so that she can value your TIME. Now you know you aren’t entertaining someone boring/sluggish.
Life can easily remain exciting happy happening even in a relationship if you are dealing with a stronger individual, stronger in finance & faith.
