Gamble high, go all in.
There’s no playing it safe when it comes to this.
There’s no fear.
If you’re going to do something, risk it all.
Let everyone know what you’re doing, leave nothing in the safety net.
It’s going to be scary, you’re going to feel uncomfortable and that’s normal.
But don’t be so afraid to try something and be all about it.
You have to do what you’re passionate about.

4 HABITS TO BOOST DOPAMINE NATURALLY:

1: Listen to music that you love.

– Find music that impacts you emotionally (gives chills).

– Play music while you cook/clean.

– Invest in a good set of headphones.

2: Eat more protein.

– An amino acid called tyrosine plays a critical role in the production of dopamine.

– Raise your intake with protein-rich foods such as beans, red meat, eggs, and fish.

3: Exercise often.

This is a no-brainer (lop, by now we all know that exercise is great for our brains.
Some easy ways to add more exercise:

– Walk to work/school/work.

– Get a standing desk.

– Start a stretching/yoga/workout routine.

4: Gamify your LIFE.

Use apps like Streaks, or Habitica to help you tie your dopamine to good habits and working on goals.

There comes a very important time in your life where you need to sit yourself down and ask;
“If you’re really living your life!
Are you content or are you happy?
Are you seeing or living?”

You only have one shot at this.
Travel great distances if that’s what you please.
Or stay at home and build a beautiful garden is that’s where you see yourself happiest.
If you aren’t happy, then change.
Analyze your life and get rid of anything that doesn’t make you happy.
One day when you’re eighty years old, you’re going to wish you did.
You’re going to wish you lived differently and there’s no way to go back and change it.
LIVE YOUR ALL DREAMS, GOALS, DESIRES WHILE BEING THE MOST AUTHENTIC VERSION OF YOURSELF.

If we want to see success in our lives, we must intentionally work towards what we’re purposed to do.
We cannot get distracted by anything outside of our purpose or compromise our creativity, vision, or convictions because we believe that we’ll obtain more success or get more recognition or praise through our change in direction.
It doesn’t work like that because, success is connected to purpose- not trends of popularity.

One of the definitions of success is “the accomplishment of one’s goals”.
We have to keep OUR GOALS in front of us, not someone else’s.
So, stay on track.
Believe in yourself and your purpose.
Trust that as you stay faithful to what you know you ought to be doing, you will experience astronomical success that will leave you with a sense of fulfillment and will impact the world around you.
YOUR SUCCESS IS CONNECTED TO YOUR TO PURPOSE.

If you tell a skiier to don’t lose balance or don’t get hit by a tree, they definitely will. So their trainer usually tells them to follow the path & nothing more.

Our Human brains are so stupid that we can’t comprehend the NEGATIVE.
For example;
If i tell you to not think about an elephant, you can’t follow that one.
Didn’t you just think about an elephant right right now?

Life is like that & most people are exactly like that.
The people who worry too much about failure/betrayal/getting cheated/behaving bad are the ones who usually do all those negative things as their first line of defence.
And later overthinking makes everything worse with time.

Just become confident & stay consistent on your journey, i believe you can do that.
Confident & consistent with your thoughts/mindset.
Confident & consistent with communication/behaviour.
Confident & consistent with your lifestyle/habit/choices/goals.
Confident & consistent with the way you live.
You don’t need different stories for different people.
In short, you don’t need that negativity to prosper inside you.
Follow the path of light. Life is fun, let it flourish.
