12 Habits you don’t realize are killing you slowly:
1. You skip breakfast/meals all the time. 2. You spend money you don’t have. 3. You are entertaining an unhappy relationship/friendship/marriage. 4. You text while you walk. 5. You skip your exercise/workout routine. 6. You snack when you’re not hungry. 7. You overwork yourself. 8. You bite your nails. 9. Your posture goes unchecked. 10. You have a severe lack of sleep. 11. You skip out on the vitamin D. 12. You load up on the caffeine.
Deep down you know exactly what you’re capable of. There’s even moments where you get a glimpse of all the potential you have. You can get there. You just have to be willing to sacrifice the habits, things, and situations that are standing in the way of your SUCCESS.
1. Setting short term & long term goals. 2. Daily walks/going outside everyday. 3. Scheduling your days. 4. Meditating everyday. 5. Using cold water for 1 min at the end of each shower. 6. Working out/ exercising.
If you tell a skiier to don’t lose balance or don’t get hit by a tree, they definitely will. So their trainer usually tells them to follow the path & nothing more.
Our Human brains are so stupid that we can’t comprehend the NEGATIVE. For example; If i tell you to not think about an elephant, you can’t follow that one. Didn’t you just think about an elephant right right now?
Life is like that & most people are exactly like that. The people who worry too much about failure/betrayal/getting cheated/behaving bad are the ones who usually do all those negative things as their first line of defence. And later overthinking makes everything worse with time.
Just become confident & stay consistent on your journey, i believe you can do that. Confident & consistent with your thoughts/mindset. Confident & consistent with communication/behaviour. Confident & consistent with your lifestyle/habit/choices/goals. Confident & consistent with the way you live. You don’t need different stories for different people. In short, you don’t need that negativity to prosper inside you. Follow the path of light. Life is fun, let it flourish.
You can rise up from anything. You can completely recreate yourself. Nothing is permanent. You’re not stuck. You have choices. You can think new thoughts. You can learn something new. You can create new habits. Your consistent approach decides your fate. All that matters is that you decide today and never look back. SUCCESS is nothing but a DECISION to stay away fromindecisiveness & inconsistency.

SELF-CARE isn’t just holidays, sauna and massages. It’s working on your habits, mindset and healing your past. It’s removing toxic thoughts, inconsistent people and nasty places from your life. It’s living intentionally, purposefully and consciously.
Just remember: Whatever goals you are working on right now, you have to work at them every day. It’s not enough just to write out your goals and visions for the future; you have to work hard to get anything in life. Make a point to spend every day of the month doing at least one thing to bring you closer to your goal.
Your goals must keep you motivated towards a better tomorrow & a better version of yourself. People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing, that’s why we recommend it daily. (Not my words.)
